Little One Yoga integrates evidence‐based mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga into early childhood education—helping young minds grow resilient, focused, and compassionate.
Little One Yoga is dedicated to equipping children with scientifically supported tools to foster emotional resilience, cognitive adaptability, and lifelong well-being. We weave together neuroscience, Montessori principles, and mindful yoga practices to create holistic wellness programs for schools in Orange County.
To redefine early childhood education by integrating evidence-based mindfulness, breathwork, and movement into learning environments—empowering children to cultivate resilience, sharpen cognitive focus, and flourish holistically.
My mother, a Montessori educator—and my very first teacher—fostered my independence, critical thinking, and creativity. She even taught me how to use ChatGPT, showing me firsthand how modern technology can expand our learning potential. Her approach to education continues to inspire me to empower children with the same trust and guidance that shaped my own life.
Little One Yoga is born from a legacy of intergenerational love and empowerment. My grandmother’s unwavering faith in my potential shaped my belief that anything is possible. Later, during her final years, I cared for her and often wished I had taught her breathwork techniques to help her through discomfort in cold weather.
I vividly remember times in my own childhood when financial constraints stood in the way of opportunities that could have helped me grow. That experience still resonates with me today and drives my commitment to ensuring no child is left behind simply because they can’t afford a class. I believe wholeheartedly in the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness—especially for young minds—and I want every child to have the same chance to thrive, regardless of their family’s financial situation.
If a family cannot afford my services, I am more than happy to offer classes on a donation basis or free of charge. I personally know how it feels to need help and not be able to pay for it, so I’m determined to give back in a way that removes such barriers for others.
